1. Refund conditions
Product defects: If the silicone ice pack you received has any manufacturing defects or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a refund. We will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund.
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, but please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

2. Return process
Please contact us first by email or customer service contact information to describe your situation and request a refund.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
Please return the returned product with the original packaging and keep the shipping receipt for tracking.

3. Refund time
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will process your refund request within 2 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method, and the exact time of arrival may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

4. Shipping and Fees
If a refund is requested due to product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If it is due to other reasons (such as dissatisfaction), the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

5. Special Cases
